You do not need to use our services to claim compensation, you can claim directly through your insurance provider or a solicitors firm of your choice.

We simply request your cooperation with Blackstone Claims and your representative solicitors' firm during the claims process as this will avoid any unnecessary delays to your claim. 

The rest will be taken care of by your representative solicitors with constant updates through every step of the process.

The independent solicitors' firms we work with are specialists in Road Traffic Accidents and can still help you claim compensation even if the third party who is at fault is not insured by working with the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB). MIB is an organisation that compensates the victims of uninsured losses.
